College Representatives: Welcome to the official site for our annual College Fairs at American Heritage Schools! We're excited to have you join us for this year's events. On this site, you'll find all the resources you need to prepare for and make the most of your time with our incredible students. If you received a direct invitation from American Heritage Schools, your attendance has already been pre-approved. You can consider yourself registered once you complete this sign-up process and begin planning your travel.

Important Registration Details: Please understand that our College Fair and Pre-Professional Showcase events are by invitation only. The invitation details are being emailed to all college representative contacts in our College Fair database. Please do not forward this to other colleges/universities.

If you did not receive a direct invitation, we kindly ask for your patience as we review your registration request. You'll receive a separate confirmation once your attendance has been approved (space permitting).

We're proud to host two distinct College Fairs, serving our students across two beautiful campuses located in Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida.

Our college fairs are scheduled at separate times to make attending both simple. We appreciate your commitment to attending both of our college fairs and will provide complimentary meals at both locations.

We're pleased to announce that we'll once again be using StriveScan to help you gather student information efficiently. We'll provide more detailed instructions on how to use this service as we get closer to the event.

General Information:

On-Site Transportation: Golf carts will be available to transport you from the parking site to the College Fair and/or Pre-Professional Program Showcase.

Volunteers & Tables: Student and parent volunteers will assist you to your table, which will be assigned alphabetically. Each institution will receive a 6' table and one chair.

StriveScan/Barcodes: We are excited to share that the American Heritage School will be partnering with StriveScan again to offer barcode scanning in order to create a smoother and contactless experience. All students attending the college fair have StriveScan barcodes that are required to enter the fair. We encourage you to purchase one fair credit at $24 through StriveScan for efficient student information collection. Sign up at StriveScan to be entered in a raffle for our Rep Prize Pack.

Student Profile: Our diverse students have interests in business, pre-professional programs, communications/journalism, engineering, and the performing and visual arts.

Broward Campus Fair (9:45 AM to 11:55 AM):
Approximately 1400 students from grades 10-12, along with their parents, will attend.

Student Attendance Schedule:
12th Grade     9:45 AM - 10:45 AM
11th Grade     9:45 AM - 11:45 AM
10th Grade     10:55 AM - 11:45 AM

Palm Beach Campus Fair (6:30 PM to 8:00 PM):
Approximately 1000 students from grades 9-12, along with their parents, will attend.

Student Attendance Schedule:
11th Grade     6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
9th, 10th, and 12th Grade     6:40 PM - 8:00 PM


Photo Booth & College Pennant: A photo booth will be available for students. Please drop off your school pennant at the check-in table to ensure your institution is tagged in photos.
